Shaner Properties, LLC is a Real Estate Investment and Development Firm that was established in 2011 in Miami, FL. Founder and CEO, Justin L. Shaner, has a long family history in the hotel and real estate industry and has adapted his knowledge and focus to the quickly evolving and thriving real estate market here in Miami, FL.
Fernando H. Rojas has been a long-standing Miami resident, originally from Santiago, Chile, he manages each project from start to finish, ensuring the job is done on time, on or below budget, and the quality of work is of high standards.
Shaner Properties is currently primarily involved with purchasing and selling single family homes and rental properties across Miami and its surrounding areas. New construction projects focus on contemporary architecture with luxury modern finishes. Renovation projects focus on updating the materials, hardscape, landscape, and finishes to the highest quality as our budget allows. We value our investors, tenants, agents, and buyers and go the extra mile for them always.
Justin L. Shaner - CEO
Justin, originally from upstate New York and then State College, PA, moved to Miami, FL in 2010. He was immediately attracted to Miami’s entrepreneurial spirit, diversity, and it’s flourishing real estate market. In 2011 he opened his real estate business and in only 5 years has seen this city change and expand drastically in a very positive way. His first projects included Vizcayne and Paramount Bay in downtown Miami and also multi-family homes in Coconut Grove in which each investment has yielded an above average return allowing him to set his sights today on development projects and opportunities in Miami’s single family home market. Justin is on the Board of Directors of Shaner Ciocco Srl, which owns Renaissance Il Ciocco Tuscany, the first Marriott branded hotel in Italy. He is also Chairman and CEO of Sobe Brooke Studios, an independent movie production company.
Fernando H. Rojas - VP of Construction
Fernando is Vice President of Shaner Properties, originally from Chile, he moved to Miami, FL in 2000. Since he arrived, he has become involved in the real estate market, especially single family homes in Doral, FL and has seen major growth after the past several years. Fernando plays a key role in managing our construction team and construction/renovation budgets for all of the Shaner Properties projects, he also analyzes and looks for new development and investment opportunities utilizing our strategic network of brokers and online systems. Fernando is also an active Partner and Vice President of Sobe Brooke Studios, an independent movie production company based out of Miami, FL.
